In addition to our favorite happy hour spots (shout out to Stamped Robin, Waterstreet Coffee Joint and Food Dance), we also love to mix up a cocktail at home and kick our feet up.
Most cocktail mixers are full of sugar and artificial preservatives but kombucha makes a great mixer without all the junk. We're sharing our favorite kombucha cocktails with you! Do you make kombucha cocktails? Let us know in the comments below!
Plum + Grape Gin Fizz
*2 oz Gin
*4 oz Plum + Grape kombucha
*3 oz Soda Water
In a low ball glass with ice cubes, stir together ingredients. Serve with a sprig of rosemary.
Pineapple + Lemon + Coconut Margarita
* 1.5 oz Tequila or Mezcal
* 0.5 oz Cointreau
* 1 oz Citrus juice
* 3 oz Pineapple + Lemon + Coconut kombucha
* Salt or sugar for rim
* Lime slices for garnish
In a shaker with ice cubes, combine tequila/mezcal, Cointreau and citrus juice. Run a slice of citrus fruit along the rim of your glass then dip in salt or sugar. Add ice cubes to the glass and pour in contents of shaker. Float kombucha on top. Garnish with slice of citrus fruit.
Strawberry Mint Mojito
* 2 oz White Rum
* 4 oz Strawberry + Mint kombucha
* 2 oz Club Soda
* 3 Mint Leaves
In a highball glass, muddle mint leaves. Add rum and kombucha, stir. Top with club soda and ice.
Blueberry + Ginger Champagne Float
* 4 oz Blueberry + Ginger kombucha
* 4 oz champagne
In a lowball glass, add crushed ice and kombucha. Float on champagne.
